Hi, I’m Janice, founding director of Minihan Group alongside my husband, David.

We’re proud to be British and Australian and have the privilege to call both countries home. We moved from Brisbane to Burnley in 2014 with our very young children. We’ve been active property investors since 2007 and own property in Australia as well as here in Lancashire.

After our young family, property is our number one passion. We also love meeting new people and learning new things whilst passing on our own knowledge and experience to our clients. That’s what’s helped us build four businesses in our first five years.

At Minihan Group we stand for one very important thing – creating the win-win. We simply won’t get involved in any deal that isn’t a win-win for all parties involved. That’s how you create long lasting, successful relationships with good people who do good things. If we do the right thing by our investors and all whom we deal with, we know only good things will come of it. Your success is our success.

Our motto is, ‘Changing Lives Through Property,’ because we know what a well run property or portfolio looks like. On the flip side of that, we’ve also experienced and witnessed when the reverse is true. Diabolical and an expensive lesson.
